Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid which we deem to not have been made in good faith, or which is restricted or prohibited by law. Bidder may not make a bid under a false name or as an agent for a person who would themselves be prohibited by these Terms from placing a bid on a particular lot. Such right is granted at the Auctioneers’ sole discretion and may be revoked at any time and for any reason, with or without cause by Auctioneers. All items not paid in full within seven (7) days of the Auction will be subject to a 2% Late Fee. Internet service fees are capped at $750 per item. An 5% Buyers Premium and a 2.5% Internet Service Fee will be charged on all items sold for over $10,000 and paid for by direct deposit or wire transfer. A 10% Buyers Premium and a 2.5% Internet Service Fee will be charged on all items sold for up to $10,000 and paid for by direct deposit or wire transfer. An 8% Buyers Premium and a 2.5% Internet Service Fee will be charged on all items sold for over $10,000 and paid for by credit/debit card. Note: A 13% Buyers Premium and a 2.5% Internet Service Fee will be charged on all items sold for up to $10,000 and paid for by credit/debit card. All Items are sold "As Is, Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees.
An invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Proxibid after the auction's completion.
Any outstanding balance must be paid within seven (7) days of Auction Sale’s completion. No personal or business checks will be accepted.
